ADT - What a rip-off!!!!!
ADT is quite possibly the WORST company I have ever dealt with in my life
From day one I have been unhappy with the service and it has just gotten worse and worse over the last year
After requesting to cancel I was advised that I must pay R800 cancellation penalty which I can not even fathom. I have been giving away money to them for almost 2 years and now they want more money from me
The CPA allows for a fair and reasonable cancellation fee, R800 is neither of these.
I am absolutely fed up and will not let this go. I refuse to pay ADT for NOTHING!!!!!

You spoke to our Customer Services agent this morning and the Balance of Contract charged is part of the cancellation process when cancelling before the expiry date.
