Adt WEST RAND USELESS

Front door violation at 12.17 this afternoon. Took them first 25 mins to call anyone of us. Secondly I left site when notification was sent to my phone and came home way before anyone could call. Response officer arrived 2hrs 30 min later saying he received a message from the control room. I have had it with this useless service. We will end up either with empty homes or dead before they even respond. WHT are we paying thses high fees for? Absolutely nothing. This is one of the countless times zilch happens. Tired of speaking to directors and who ever. #ADT SUCKS... Useless only good thing is the debit order goinhf off on time. I will never advise my enemies to even use this service for free.
