ADT - very bad service

I would like to lodge a complaint regarding guards that are sent out during an alarm activation . On the 23rd of February around 6/7pm there was an alarm activation at my home..control room called and I requested for someone to come check. Less than 5,min later the alarm went off again anf again 20min later... during all this time no guard was sent or came for even the initial activation. Upon the 4th alarm activation on the same night,the control room called again and I explained to them no one had arrived to assess or check the property. When the guard eventually came I confronted him about the delay in him arriving as we were not sure why the alarm was going off. The guard to old me he had come on the previous alarm activations which was not true as I sat watching the gate the whole time and no one had come earlier. I then confronted him about this..he was very defensive and rude and told me I can report him to the control room if I want coz he did his job. I asked him where the paper was that is usually placed to show he had come and he rep**** he didn't have it as he was not provided with it. This guard was very rude and showed no disregard for my family's safety or even speak in a polite way or apologise.

I feel this conduct is unprofessional and I do not doubt it has happened many time the alarm is activated and no one bothers to come check as my mother lives alone and just can not confirm if anyone ever comes or not. In the end I get statements of over activation of the alarm as if it is done purposely by the client and in the end no one comes the check.

I am very disappointed yet again with ADT's service and honesty considering changing security companies and this is not the first time I have had problems with ADT.

I sent and email to ADT 6 days ago and no one has bothered to call or respond to my complaint
