ADT useless thieving company only there to ***** your money

<p>In 2014 my house was burgled, ADT's response time was so slow that the burglars had ample time to collect all my valuables and happily make their escape. Their call center operator could not speak clearly so by the time I figured out she was trying to ask whether they should send someone to have a look at why my alarm was screaming, valuable time was wasted; so you have to tell them to respond to an alarm that you are paying them to respond to. I still stayed on with them, only to find out that after more than 18 months later, my alarm didn’t make a single connection to their system for that whole time. Their system does not flag something like this, so it is the client’s responsibility to check that their alarm shows on ADT’s system as well as ask them to go out when the alarm is activated before they will send someone. I stopped my payments after more than 18 months of throwing my money in the water, but because they still provided 7 days of “service” (which was not connected to their system) they now want to blacklist me for the full monthly amount. Whoever can read this; ADT is a useless company; their reaction timers are useless, and their slogan on their website ‘Always there’ is utter nonsense; they are only there to take your money! Shoud there have been an emergency I would have been ****ed because nothing is their responsibilty!</p>
