Adt useless alarm systems

I installed an alarm system and had to get a call out for low batteries in January 2024. It has been replaced and in early August all batteries are low again. I called to complain about this and this agent told me that this will happen after a while. After only 8 months?? Now I have to pay for a call out again and replace batteries because ADT's low quality products. I WANT TO GET RID OF THIS SERVICE ASAP!!
