ADT UP YOUR GAME!

After activating my panic button a second time,I received the call 2 MINUTES LATER! So much of noise in the background the lady cannot hear me. During This Time, My Family And I can be put at risk! Whenever they call,there is so much noise as if they are running a zoo. The response time that the control room takes to call after the alarm goes off is unacceptable and appalling. This puts anyone at risk. Our contract is up so I gave a good mind of cancelling this if the problem is not dealt with. This is not my first complaint about ADT. Seriously up your game,these are people's lives that are possibly in your hands.Coach or train your control room,the actual security that come out on site are polite and friendly but the service at the control room and response time sucks!
