ADT unreliable

My alam system stopped working on the 13/11/15. I logged a report with ADT immediately and was told that I would receive a call within an hour to book a callout. Nobody called or came out. When I followed up on Monday I was told a technician will call me prior to attending to the fault. On Tuesday, still no response. When I called again I was told told that a technician will come out on Wednesday, 18/11/15. He (Raymond) did respond this time but did not have the parts to do the repair. He said he would fetch the part and come back later that same day. It is now Thursday the 19/11/15 and my alarm system is still not repaired.<br> <br> I am very disappointed with the pathetic service from ADT and am considering changing my armed response company.
