ADT - Unprofessional, useless and ***********.

I called ADT on 2 May 2019 and requested a technician call me back to test my alarm system. I did not receive a call back from them. On Friday 3 May 2019, I called again. An agent was booked to come to my house on the morning of Monday 6 May 2019. At 12 noon I contacted ADT to find out where the agent was. He rocked up 2 hours later and claimed there were parts that needed changing. At 15h30 my alarm went off, my neighbour called me to inform me. I called them and requested a vehicle sent to my home. I called again 30 minutes later and there was no vehicle sent to my house. I then requested them to send the vehicle again, and an hour from the time that the alarm went off, the vehicle arrived. They promised to send a technician today to resolve the matter and nothing has been done. The company claims to have your security needs at heart but that is utter nonsense, they are a bunch of ********* pretending to be security experts.
