ADT unimpressive in response time and admin requests

I recently moved into a new place which is armed by ADT security. I called their call centre on 03/03/17 for a SAIA certificate request for my car insurance. I was told to send an email and this would be sent to me. I sent the requested email on 03/03/17 and I received a response to say I must contact their call centre when I am home on 08/03/17. I was furious because firstly, their call centre agent should have been able to assist me when I first made contact. I had wasted more than seven days for useless information via email. TANEAL EBRAHIM has done an excellent job in not delivering on anything that he/she has offered to do in their response email to mine. They were supposed to arrange a call centre agent to call me when I was home, this never happened. I had specified a time and provided a contact number. Big surprise.....Still waiting!!!!!

My landlady pressed the panic button twice, no one called until she had gotten on the phone to complain about their response time. Turns out, that ADT had not updated the contact details as requested at the beginning of March.

Fast forward to the 15/03/17, I've yet to hear from anyone from ADT, I have yet to receive a certificate as per my request.

Needless to say, ADT cannot be trusted with anything. Not even issuing a certificate. Who is going to follow up on this and provide me the certificate as requested, more than 10 days ago.

I'm quite annoyed. That people do not know their own processes and that they would not be bothered to even respond to an irritated customer. Judging from the Hello Peter thread, ADT doesn't care.
