ADT UNHAPPY CLIENT

I have been a longstanding customer with ADT...I knw we experiencing loadshedding, but the service has been disgusting....my alarm went off a few times, normally I would get a message on my cell that my battery needs to be replaced....this has not happened...when my alarm goes off Adt does not call me, or if they do, it is 4 or 5 hours later yet they want to increase their tariffs....it just feels like the service is getting worse
