ADT.... UNAVAILABLE DURING LOAD SHEDDING

My wife was on her way home when she saw a white Jetta behind her with 4 guys inside so she was scared and thinking something could happen she drove to the nearest petrol station and called Adt and asked for them to please meet her at home and explained her situation. She was told that due to loadsheding they could not due to activations everywhere, Firstly when my wife called there was no load shedding,Secondly if there is load shedding you guys should be prepared and have additional security or back up on hand. This is totally unacceptable as i am paying for a service,PLEASE CAN YOU SEND A LETTER in writing explaining that during load shedding this service is unavailable and explain why this was done as i don't see her situation as an escort service but an emergency situation...….. what if something happen to wife and kids when she went back?????? My Wife spoke to Haley and even i called in after that and spoke to Yandiswa or i think Zondiswa and they confirmed that they could not send someone out.... This is totally appalling service from a leading security company
