ADT UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE RISKING MY PERSONAL SAFETY

I've been with ADT in Glencarin since August 2025. On Friday night I had an incident that activated my alarm and asked for help. When 45 minutes had passed and no security had arrived I called again only to be told that they'd been and gone. These ADT patrol agents were at the wrong house, had spoken to someone not on my profile and left leaving me still panicking in my bedroom. 15 minutes later 2 over weight, exhausted men arrived at my front door shining a torch through my front door. When I asked them if they had checked my property they said not yet. The over weight, breathless men could not even get up the steps to investigate anything and left without checking my property. What kind of service is this? What exactly am I paying for? This is unacceptable! I pay a monthly fee to keep me safe and ADT has no idea how to find my cottage and has people unfit to do the job working for them and not following the correct protocol. I've been calling in repeatedly to complain about this and have been promised that an area manager will call me.....NOTHING!!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!
