ADT twice the price half the service

I never see ADT cars in my area and when the alarm did go off I asked them to check which took them over 25 min to respond. They keep going to my neighbours house (clearly marked I'm 1 and he is 21). I contacted a competitor who is present in the area and they half the price. The consultant said we can cancel at any stage (this is not the case). I have totally lost trust in the company which I pay to protect.
