ADT turns nasty when you leave them !

<p>Extremely disappointing experience with ADT.</p> <p>As long as you pay them, everything is fine, they overcharge you for their services and also charge you extra on top of that if they come more than 4 times a month to your premises (even if their own alarm is at fault).</p> <p>Once you plan to leave them , they suddently realise that they have been pushing it a bit too much and offer you a 20% discount to make you stay ! Good try !</p> <p>If you ever contract with them and already have an alarm sytem in your house, pls be 100% sure not to let their sales consultant cross the box Rented system on the contract. This allows them to claim your alarm system back at the end of the contract, even if they have not installed it ! Biggest ******* of all times for a company who claims to protect your from ******s !</p> <p>Stay away from them and install your own security system with WIFI camera recording. This will only cost you a year of ADT fees and you will have a better quality and not bad surprises at the end.</p>
