ADT Trespassing on property

<p>We cancelled with ADT in December and moved over to another security company.</p> <p> </p> <p>Last night the dogs started barking and then the alarm went off. The new security company phoned immediately and then came out to the property as my mother of 74 is staying alone on the property.</p> <p> </p> <p>GUESS WHO WAS ON THE PROPERTY..... ADT there is no alarm connected to ADT and there was no reason for them to be there and when the other security company got there the ADT person has opened the outside sliding door and that's what triggered the alarm. The lock for the gate was still an ADT lock and thats how they got access.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have tried phoning your useless call centre now twice requested to speak to a manager first time I was on hold for 9 minutes and then second time for 15 minutes with no one helping me.</p> <p> </p> <p>ADT either has ***** staff working for them or someone pretending to be from ADT and going onto people's property.</p> <p> </p> <p>If I dont have feedback on this matter urgently I will report this to the police that ADT is trespassing on property.</p>
