ADT took 45 MINUTES to arrive

I had an intruder in my back yard so I pressed my panic button. I got no response from the control room. I then phoned a few times and no one picked up, eventually I got through. I was told that a car would be on its way. It took ADT 45 mins from the first time I called them to arrive. I phoned many times in this 45 mins as well as activated my panic button. I was put through to the emergency department and was told by an operator to hang on. This is unacceptable.<br> <br> This kind of service is absolutely shocking. This is the first time in 2.5 years that I have actually needed ADT to respond and this is what happens. My boyfriend kept the intruder in the back yard for almost half an hr hoping that ADT would take him away. Unfortunately neither the police or ADT arrived and we let the intruder go. <br> <br> Later last night the same guy came back and broke into our ****s quarters at the back of the house. I have you to thank for this ******* as you should have been here to deal with the intruder when you were called.<br>
