ADT - Too Big to Care

On Monday 15 Feb we asked ADT to add a partition for our alarm system. We have 3 partitions and our system is capable of expansion. We stressed this requirement as urgent. We dealt with several representatives who include & are not limited to Natalie Michaels, Thuso Ntai and Thimone Coetzee. Whilst logging the requirement we found the national line to be very frustrating as the buck is passed. We had to follow up as there was no feedback. On Tues afternoon when we dealt with Natalie, we stressed the urgency as the site is exposed to high risk and requires monitoring. No feedback. On Tues 16 Feb we followed up, only to learn that our matter was referred to COD. We contacted COD who had not received our requirement. We then called Natalie Michaels and gave her Thuso Ntai's email address. We then followed up and stressed the urgency. No feedback. We called Thimone Coetzee who stated that a new contract needs to be completed for a new partition on our system and more-so that there would be a R200.00 increase. We stated that we were prepared to sign a new contract with all partitions and did express our concern of a 66% increase for an additional partition. ADT, simply does not care.
