ADT THINK THEY ARE PSYCHIC!!

<p>Shocking service from ADT over the weekend, my house alarm went off and we were away. When they called to say the alarm was going off they asked if they must send someone out to which the obvious answer would be yes. I then wait to receive no call back so I then call again. I was told that they cannot access my property and that everything from the gate 'looks fine' really ADT, I did not know you were psychic!! I told ADT I need them to enter my property and do a perimeter check to which they answer they do not have access and the security officer patrolling the area that night was not meant to be in that area!! They also could not tell me which zone was going off. It was 12:00 at night, I knew I had to check on my house so I got in my car and cut my weekend short to check on my property. I was put into a dangerous situation having to drive late at night an hour and half away from my home to enter my property and do my own perimeter check, all because ADT are useless. Thankfully everything was okay, however this was most certainly a major wake up call. ADT are quick to take your money but they do not deliver!! There are many efficient security companies out there that want the business and in turn look after you and your family. Thanks ADT you can predict your own future rather than mine and watch your company go down the drain!!! </p>
