Adt ******* don't care about customer service

<p>On moving into our property in February we asked them to reactivate the existing system and create a contract in our name. After a week or 2 of being ignored they decided to grace us with their presence. Everything that the sales agent told us turned out to be wrong and adt kept coming back for a simple radio installation. To me it was obvious they were trying to gain access on so many occasions for a reason. In addition they would show up grossly late or not all when we had to take time off work to try be there every time. In addition they managed to break our working board and tried to charge us for it. We were also promised that no debit order would be taken for 2 months. This only happened for 1. In addition to everything else my laptop that was in the same cupboard they were working in disappeared. After informing them of the less we have heard nothing. After enquiring again now in june we were told that their technicians were supposed to go for a polygraph in APRIL but neither one ever showed up. They never have us any feedback from April to June in other words. This is all absolutely appalling. All they ever say is that they'll get back to us which they never do. I want to be paid out for the laptop and contract cancelled immediately. I don't see why their technicians not showing up in APRIL should continue to be my problem</p>
