Adt thefts

It was September 2019 when ADT security instal Arlam at my house. But all the equipment I paid it cash. Adt promise to give me free service for 3 months after that they will debit R360 monthly. I used to asked Adt to be at my gate house if arrived around midnight. Since I requested that 2 times the office girl told me it have limit. Then I will start to pay extra fee.

I realize it not suit my concern. I called Jay which is the manager I told them I’m not happy with this company as I’m a travel person. So I do cancellation. As I deal with spartan Tactical SA security. They can come to collect their radio. He said I was call you. Until today I’m still waiting his call.

Again I called ADT office I got terrible rude girl. Thrifty time I called again to inform them to come and collect they radio as I don’t need. They didn’t come. Until I want overseas. Now as I check my account Adt ****** my money on my account. To them they been Ignoring to collect this radio they can be able To go to my account to ***** my money. If the re professional company what they think since October last year until now January what kind of Arlam that is not even on on there system. Because they are fly by night they don’t even see or contact me for 4 months. I want that my money back to my account within 24 hrs. And I’m going to tell the world social media and network about this Adt theft. The ****** theft company I need my money
