ADT: THE MOST INEFFICIENT SERVICE PROVIDER

I called yet again today to resolve a long standing problem with ADT and their poor service I have received without fail in every area. I called on 24 July 2015 at 14:30 and spoke to no less than 4 agents who each asked me the same questions to access my profile (some of them being lebohang and basil) and yet no resolution was found. this happens on every occasion I call ADT. this is pathetic. the last time I called for an inspection, someone just arrived at my premises without confirmation of appointment. the inspection was not done and still, nearly 2 weeks, still no service. I made the biggest mistake to contract with ADT....I should have been told to expect pathetic service<br> <br>
