ADT, the ESKOM = NO SERVICE !!!!!!

We signed up with ADT security for a house alarm, remote monitoring and armed reaction. We where assured that a armed response vehicle will ALWAYS be within 5min should we ever need them.

Outside beam got tripped at 23:09pm, NO phone call from the control room to check if we where okay or if it was a false alarm. We phoned them 23:14pm and requested a armed reaction to be dispatched. We waited till 23:26pm as our alarm went off again......and AGAIN we phoned the control room ONLY to be put on hold from 23:26 till 23:33 *** !!!!!!! And then our calls got cut as we tried to phone back.

THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE ON ALL LEVELS !!!!! AS WE COULD HAVE A REALLIFE EMERGENCY, PAYING ADT for a service we dont get !!!!!!!!!!

Baring in mind that we have had issues with ADT, our alarm and alarm signals from day dot "JUNE 2022"
