ADT the company is great but their armed response sucks ass and has disgusting attitude

I have a house that I'm renting out to tenants. Two of my tenants are handicapped and they happened to be the only ones in the house when the alarm went off around 12:45 am on the 3rd of January, as usual ADT called and I asked them to send armed response of which they did. However I called my tenants only to be told that the armed response never made it to the house. I then called ADT at 1:17 to report that the armed response never made it there and I was told that someone did go there and did a front check (which is super ridiculous because what if the person is hiding at the back). I kindly requested that the person go back to check on the girls because they were terrified and they can not defend themselves in anyway since they are wheelchair bound. I specifically told the dispatcher that the girls can not do much movement and are scared to death so I would appreciate it if the armed response shows his presence instead of just checking the front from a distance/his car. After like 5 mins my brother suggested that we go there just to support the girls since they were terrified only for us to find the armed response guy 3 houses away or so seated in his car like he is lost or something. We passed him and went straight to the house and as I got out of the car I was like: "I can't believe that the armed response guy is parked so far away when the house is here and even seated in his car"... The guy somehow overheard me making that comment and started attacking me like crazy. I told him yes I was surprised that he just sat in his car instead of entering the premises and do a thorough check and the more I explained my self the more he got even angrier. It came to the point where he was like its better he leaves me there and not check around. I informed him that the people in the house are handicap and can not defend themselves in anyway if there is danger they might get rapped or ****ed and he said he doesn't care. He said he will only check the house if I apologize to him. Fortunately I was with my brother so he checked around (not carrying any weapon by the way) while the armed response guy was seated in his car 3 houses away. Fortunately my brother did not see anything so we left the property and as soon as we did the ADT guy also drove off angrily.

So I would like to file a formal complaint about such behavior. How can someone be so cold and cruel to get to the point where he doesn't want to protect helpless people just because of his ego? I am not sure if this is some type of ************** against women or handicapped people or both because the guy came knowing very well what he was asked to do and yet he was so arrogant and didn't give a **** really... All he wanted was an apology from me which is diminishing as and makes me wonder if he would have demanded an apology if I was a male. Lastly I will appreciate it if this arrogant, selfish, ruthless *** never sets foot into my house because who knows, he might harm the girls since he doesn't seem to be their fan.

in fact I even suspect that we disturbed his nap and that is why he was so grumpy.
