ADT TERRIBLE SERVICE SHOCKING

Shocking customer service , I have sent 4 emails to cancell my monthly contract with adt for armed response and monitoring and called them over 5 days each day with no help. It's impossible to get a contract cancelled but they are very quick to signed you up. I also waited on the phone for over 10 mins with no feedback.
