adt taking extra charges without conscent

hi there<br> <br> i was recently shocked to find that my account had been debited of an amount that i was never even made aware of until it reflected as a bounced amount on my account.... i actually have so many complaints about adt that i cannot even list them all.... i have recently had my alarm go off numerous times and there has not even been a call from adt nor an actually check up on my business..i have tried contacting adt directly i was put through to a lady by the name of alethea whom when i called back i was told doesn't exist....
