Adt take 30 minutes to arrive at break in

Adt took 30 minutes to arrive after alarm went off. I have now laid two complaints and still no one has phoned me back to even get my story. The security guard arriving on the scene at the time of incidence told me that he had only got notified after 23 minutes.but who knows.
