ADT suspected of being part of the intruders

I was away on bussiness . So my wife and small kids was alone at home . Alarm was triggered 3 o'clock in the morning . Adt called and I told them my family is alone at the house they must send someone . I called my wife and she said intruders is in the house . Adt pitched up while I was on phone with my wife and 2 minutes later they left without a call or attempt to investigate leaving my family alone in the house with the intruders . I needed to call another Alarm company who I am not a client of to go and help my family . ADT is a bunch of useless idiots.
