ADT sucks, no escalation procedure, are you absent or just DNGAF??

Since my last call on 4th Dec 2024, with yet another empty promise, from one Me. Mpho M, who 'promised' to call back by COB Thursday 5th Dec 2024. However, as I had mentioned to her "I'm not holding my breath on that promise", just as well I guess.
