ADT SUCKS

Hi,I felt that ADT was charging to much per month so I asked for a discount which they agreed to.They debited the same old amount which was not what I agreed so I reversed the debit order.Later that month I paid via Eft at the original rate(the difference being R480)I then sent another cancellation notice at the end of Aug just in case they came back to me.So technically they did not keep the agreement to charge me a lower rate, but let's say I gave notice at end August then I owe for October only.So I payed R1350 for September but should have paid R870 .So that means I need a credit of R480.So if I pay for October I need to pay R870 less R480.Simple.clear.I sent them my pop for September but they say I owe 3020.I changed to CAP and i dont think Adt like that.The accounts women I dealt with spoke to me via whattsapp and was suppose to update my payement I made and then maybe discuss October.Suddenly in the midst of conversing they send a hand over to lawyers just like the many other people have said. I sent a letter to the lawyers explaining everything and telling them that if they blacklist me they will pay to unblacklist me as this is a dispute and I am not trying to ignore them.Their response is total silence and ignoring me.Either their accounts department is totally incompetant or they are purposely playing this little game of dare to exacerbate me.Its DISGUSTING.I got an even better rate at CAP and ADT think that they own the security industry so they will embitter your life just because they have an in-house legal department.DISGUSTING. This is MAFIA tactics.If you are with ADT ask for a discount .If you are not signed up with them run ,run ,run in the other direction.
