ADT sucks

Fidelity ADT or ADT security or whatever you call yourselves because the web and correspondence is confusing. Even the signs on my house is ADT and has been promised to be replaced with Fidelity many moons ago. BUT my actual gripe is: My alarm being activated while not at home. I request armed response to investigate. Many minutes later armed response arrives and I watch him on my cameras as he goes through the front gate to the back yard and then returns to his vehicle and leaves. What about the other side of the house and pool area????? This has happened numerous times. If ever I have more than 4 call outs and ADT wants to bill me I will not pay as the property inspection was not carried out properly. My alarm goes off while at home. I do not get phoned until almost an hour later telling me that my alarm has just gone off, this without the alarm being on. This happens approx. an hour later again without the alarm being on. The next day I'm phoned by technical to test the alarm. Tested and it works and they recieve the signal. They say that they will escalate it and a technician will contact me. Guess what. . . . . . . .the trail has gone cold after weeks. My neighbors are with MSEC and are getting a much better service.
