ADT SUCKS

ADT rep came to my house, made all these promises, don't worry we are the best at what we do, your alarm system is maintenance free, we will sort everything out, your installments will remain the same for 3 years.<br> well within days of the system being installed, it malfunctioned, battery always low, system not installed properly, naked wires.<br> Emailed ADT on their website and still no response.<br> Phoned ADT on numerous occasions, they told me to phone the installer myself and deal with him, phoned the installer, he gave me his sad stories, still waiting for him to come correct his BS system - Timothy Naidoo.<br> by the time ADT or the installer responses, i'm sure sure my house will get ****** or burn down due to shoddy workmanship and terrible customer service.<br> SERIOUSLY THINKING ABOUT CANCELLING IMMEDIATELY AND GETTING A DOG...AT LEAST THE DOG WILL SHOW A BETTER RESPONSE.
