ADT Still not responding

I logged a problem on Hello Peter for ADT on 02/12/15. On 03/12/15 someone responded on HelloPeter that I would be responded to. At the same time I had finally gotten hold of someone (Silas on [Email Removed] at ADT per telephone on 02/12/15. I followed up my telephone conversation with a mail to Silas.<br> To date I have not heard anything from anyone at ADT.<br> This is beyond understanding!!!!<br> I see that the status is that ADT is a company that responds. Does it count if they simply respond to the Hello Peter post and not to the client?
