ADT - still no response - empty promises

I refer to my complaint in April 2015 re a quote we received and absolutely NO FEEDBACK, just a complete ignore, promises to phone but no calls.<br> <br> Our Neighbourhood consists of mainly ADT subscribers, I am at the point to inform the NHW to inform all members to rather move to CHUBB or another security company as your vehicles are missing in action and your sales staff have no interest in assisting new customers !<br> <br> How do you treat existing customers ???
