I am new at ADT.Got the contract end of Feb.Signed for payment from 1 May 2015.March and April the tried to deduct money from my account.I mailed, they phoned and explained to me.Ok then your Ian de Vos did not do his job right, telling me nothing about the R397 for radio fee's that was a annual thing.Now again that amount was deducted from my account where my monthly fee of R336 was suppose to be deducted.Again i paid an annual fee.I am various and thinking of moving toe another security company.
