ADT STAYS TRUE TO FORM

I received a call from ADT as soon as the person at client services read my complaint on Hello Peter. I was made various promises of addressing my problem immediately. Earlier promises included free technical call-out service and 2 months free subscription to ADT services as compensation for my woes (probably in line with the currently advertised sign-up discount for new customers - 2 free months). However, all of that was a week ago and longer still. ADT has gone very quiet since then.
