ADT STAFF DAMAGED MY PROPERTY

I installed a new aluminium folding door with 2 small window insets which needed security. I contacted ADT who then did the security installation. When we tried opening the door it could not open as ADT used wires instead of wireless equipment. I contacted ADT who then came and fixed the issue. However they pulled off the wires around the door frame and window frame which left horrible glue marks. I contacted ADT a number of times since October and dealt with Donovan Stoffman. After getting no joy from Donovan I dealt with a lady called Nabeweya English who went out of her way to get Donovan to contact me. Nothing transpired. I then received a call from accounts department regarding the outstanding payment (Hazel Hlungwani) who said she will contact Donovan and get back to me. That was on the 4th of December and since then I haven't heard back from anyone. Today I receive a SMS saying my account will be debited with the outstanding payment! I never gave permission for this and will be laying a complaint with the CPC. In addition I committed to pay once my door is sorted. I want compensation for damages done by ADT to my door.
