ADT SLOWER THAN A SNAIL

This will be my last bad review about ADT because i will be changing armed response companies. Yesterday I received a call for an alarm activation at my house so I said no one is home please go and see if everything is ok. I in the meantime went home and back to work and then 42 min from when I received the call I got feedback that everything is fine. I asked why did it take so long the call centre agent rep**** its because we are busy.

Ok so if we are in an emergency situation and we press the panic button and they take 30 min to get there we will be dead as ADT IS TOO BUSY.

Really what am I paying so much money for when i had a problem with my alarm i got charged for excessive call outs YOUR REASON ADT was so you can have enough vehicles on the road!!!! Quick enough to charge extra but cant make a callout in a decent response time.

We have a new security company in our area called Precinct Response and so many people are changing to them they are a small company but excellent response times
