Adt Slow Response

My name is Matete and I live in Johannesburg North suburb in Randburg, we recently had a house break-in, ADT took over 25min to respond while we were held hostage in the house. Last night we had an attempted house break, we pressed the panic bottom and ADT took 11 minutes to arrive. I'm really disappointed in their service as there is never a patrol car around my area. Even thinking of moving to a local security company as they have better visibility in my area.
