ADT - SLOW REACTION COVER-UP

Have been using ADT for number of years had intruders on my property evening of 20/2/2019, panic alarm activated at 19h48, ADT arived 20h10 - 22 minutes after, when complaint raised with ADT was told reaction was there within 6 minutes, asked why ADT only came onto the property 20 minutes after the alarm went off. The dispute resolution officer name of Welkom that I was referred to because none of the senior staff would take my call told me I was lying and that his officers were on my property with in 6 minutes, he then changed his allegation when challenged and advised that they could not enter due to the vicious dogs, in the 3 plus years of ADT attending my property I have never had vicious dogs, my dogs are always inside at night as added security, and are in a fenced garden during the day no ADT reaction officer has been confronted by my dogs. This is not the first time I have complained about slow reaction by ADT, always get the run around and blocked. My family and I suffered a home invasion in 2016 ADT took 7 minutes to get to the property. Last nights issue begs a big question? Are the reaction officers in on home invasions and giving the intruders time in the property before entering the property? I also remind ADT that I pay every month for them to react within 7 minutes permitted in there agreement.
