ADT - Simply pathetic!!!!
Fidelity ADT is simply useless. Monitoring Systems are intermittent. Call centre less than useless. Response times pathetic. Intruders in our yard this morning. They wait for you to answer the phone before they act. 15 minute response time to an emergency situation!!!
