ADT should dissolve because of lies and poor service

Since amalgamation with Fidelity and subsequent restructuring, Adt services have deteriorated to a point of no return. On average their armed response takes over an hour. In my neighbourhood about 70% have joined other security companies. I gave them a chance for 8 months but now service notice to cancel armed reslonse. When you serve notice to leave their services they then argue that the alarm system will be removed as its on loan. I joined them over 10 years ago and upon joining was told that the system is given to customers free if you remain with them for 3 years. Their dishonesty will also destroy them. I will challenge them all the way.
