ADT SHOCKING SERVICE!!!!

My partner and i recent moved into the Wynberg area and immediately wanted our alarm system to be activated since there was one already on the premises. We didn't even think of another security company but called ADT right away. I am so sorry i did.... The sales guy came out, played around with our key pad and said if we needed help we could just call and they would assist. Well, the day has arrived since we have been paying for alarm that hasn't worked in a month only for my partner to call the same sales guy who helped us originally and to be told \he cannot touch the key pad"!!!!! and we must now pay R500 in order for someone to come out to check it out! excuse me??? how on earth is this possible when he had originally played around with it and now all of a sudden it is our fault that it hasn't been working? Sorry i was under the impression that ADT Security was there to keep us safe? And on top of it as soon as my partner threatened to cancel they reduced the call out fee to R250!!!! So furious right now i actually want to cancel and will look for someone else since everyone has been complaining about the service from ADT."""
