ADT - SHOCKING SERVICE

ADT are so pathetic. I cancelled my month to month account as they just increased my subscription before I had even been subscribed with them for a year. A manager then called me and I told him their service is pathetic as it takes their guards over 3 hours to respond when called in an emergency and I wasn't prepared to pay for a service I wasn't getting. he then settled the matter and closed my account. Now today I got an sms saying that ADT has handed me over! Unacceptable especially since this matter was resolved and finalised. Then I called ADT call centre and one of their call centre agents put the phone down in my ear. so annoyed.
