ADT Services wont respond to your alarm, but will debiting you!

Bad service from ADT, I've been paying premiums to this company, how ever radio doesn't work, when i call them they keep saying a technician will come and sort it out its been 5 months now i am paying but there's security of whatsoever ever, my children are compromised everyday but i am paying for a security system every month, this is unfair!!!
