ADT services are BAD !!!!

On 27 Jan 2019, our business was broke into during the night, our alarm did not sound ( even though it was activated ) during this, and as result of this a lot of money and laptops were ******. Since then I have been struggling to get the contract from ADT, because our insurance company requires this to process our claim, they keep claiming they send it but nothing, and also the report on WHY they didnt receive a signal from us when we were broke into ..... ADT operators just dont want to help, If my claim from my insurance does not get approved because of this, I AM COMING FOR ADT
