ADT Service Sucks

I have been calling ADT for weeks i still dont get any good service. i have asked to speak to a supervisor and every time the consultants put me on hold. i spoke to 5 consultant still know their names but till to date no Supervisor has called me back. i have sent emails to my designated consultant even him/she has not emailed back. what should else should i do as i need assist in understanding the status of my account.
