ADT SERVICE IS SHOCKING!!

ADT SERVICE IS SHOCKING!! My house was broken into a month ago. ADT was the last to arrive on the scene. Even our neighbours security arrived before ADT despite us paying them for over 20 years!!! We have called over 18 times to follow up on a buffer report for our insurance claim and we are still waiting! Rude consultants have hung up on us. Management has promised to call me twice and i have still not received a call. We are still sitting with an empty house because of ADT's delay.
