ADT Security -Worst security company I have encountered

ADT provides the worst service! New alarm system was installed with extras that I paid for and from inception the alarm has been problematic. The alarm started to trigger for no reason constantly. Adt had to send out a technician and advised that they had installed the wrong passives. Indoor passives were installed instead of outdoor passive in an area that was not conducive for indoor. This was their fault yet they added onto my bill each time for the technician to sort out. I also had to pay extra for the correct passives. The receiver installed in the gate also did not work and had to be replaced. Another charge added to my account. After disputing these charges, they removed them however since then the alarm has triggered several times for no reason and no signal was sent to Adt, no call from Adt to even alert me that the alarm has triggered. I complained and told them that it is clear their system is defective. They advised 3 weeks ago that a technician would be sent out for them to figure out why this is happening yet to date no tech has arrived and no service from Adt yet they debit my account for a service they do not provide. I have threatened to cancel the contract and sue them for the monies I have paid which has completely unphased them. No remedy and no resolution. Tonight the alarm triggered again without any calls from Adt to alert me. My tenant arrived home to hear the alarm blaring again. I call Adt to inform them as I received no calls again, they tell me that there is no signal so basically no monitoring from their side. Absolutely unreliable. I use Chubb for another property for the last few years and have never had a problem. They are so efficient and reliable. Adt is thee worst security company I have ever dealt with! If you want to secure your property, it would not be advisable to use ADT.
