ADT SECURITY USING INFERIOR DISTRIBUTORS

My husband signed a contract with ADT on 4.2.2014 which we did mot realise was a contract done by a distributor Capital Alarms. We had to pay R6000.00 before installation would take place on 7.2.2015. Money was paid directly into M van den Berg's private account in George. On 7.2.2014 installation was done but the installers said they did not have brackets for the beams outside. We hsve since made numerous calls to Martin van den Berg with eiyher a promise to get back to us or simply not getting through to his mobile. We reverted to report this yo ADT and the contract was investigated by Pierre van Rensburg and we thought it could be a ****. I have since emailed Pierre on 23.2.2015 who responded the same day (thank you Pierre). 23.2.2015 Willie Meintjies Acting Regional Technical Manager also responded booking out \something"to Capital Alarms. 25.2.2014 my husband again spoke to Martin van den Berg informing him that if the installation is not complete by 27.2.2015 we will be cancelling our contract with ADT and the installation may be removed and our R6000.00 needs to be paid back.
