ADT security useless

ADT security is a security company promising lies. If Pretoria west is not covered we should have been told. Instead of having to wait for over 30 minutes in terror for a dispatcher after pressing the panic buttons and all emergency buttons after noticing that a ******** was in our yard. We were home alone and feel adt service served us a plate of injustice. I honestly do not recoment it to any one. I wonder are the consultants sleeping on the job? Is adt shirt of staff and hence there's no dispatchers for our area ? We tried to call to lay a complaint twice that evening but each time they hung up on us telling us we were being transffered only for the phone to be dropped in our ear. <br> Our neighbours came to see if were ok they responded quicker then adt.<br> <br> Adt I'm disappointed
